The Waquoit Meeting Room was divided during the Select Board’s meeting on Monday , August 25 , between those supporting construction of the 0 Gunters Lane cluster system and those supporting the preservation of the parcel’s open space.

More than a dozen individuals spoke during the meeting’s public comment period ahead of the board’s approval to recommend the Mashpee-Wakeby cluster system for the October Town Meeting warrant.
