A new partnership has been signed to strengthen healthcare training and expand access to services across Plymouth.
Plymouth Marjon University and University Hospitals Plymouth have agreed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to pool expertise and resources, with the aim of boosting NHS staff development and tackling challenges such as digital poverty. The agreement was signed at the city’s new Health and Wellbeing Hub, which is set to officially open next month.
The collaboration will see the two organisations explore joint work in areas including research and innovation, sustainability, community engagement and the use of shared facilities.
