The names and photos of Delaware animal abusers will soon be published in an online list.

Gov. Matt Meyer signed Senate Bill 174 on Aug. 21. It orders the Office of Animal Welfare to publish a list of adults convicted of animal abuse-related crimes, as well as prohibits animal shelters from allowing offenders to adopt.
