T ram passengers are being warned to expect disruption in the city centre for the next two weekends, as one Metrolink line closes for two days.
Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) has named the dates of the latest closures in a £150m programme of maintenance work.
Bee Network chiefs say no trams will run between St Peter’s Square and Market Street or Piccadilly Gardens on Sunday (August 31) as tram tracks will be replaced on Moseley Street.

And an entire Metrolink line will close the following weekend, it’s been confirmed.
No trams will run between Ashton-under-Lyne and Piccadilly Gardens from Friday, September 5, to Sunday, September 7.
