Henry Foucaud scored the lone goal for Seton Hall Prep in its 1-0 shutout over Columbia in its season opener in West Orange.
Jack Snyder made four saves for Seton Hall Prep (1-0) for his first career varsity shutout.
In the second half, Clayton Thomas threw the ball in to Andre Hope, who flicked it to Foucaud. With his head, Foucaud netted the decisive goal for Seton Hall Prep.
This is the second consecutive shutout to start a season for Seton Hall Prep and the 11th season-opening shutout over the last 16 seasons.
Jasper Harris made 10 saves for Columbia (0-1).
