A Nottinghamshire pub has apologised to its neighbours after they raised concerns around "constant" noise. The Jolly Anglers pub, on Meadow Road, Beeston , is now the subject of an investigation into alleged anti-social behaviour after residents shared their frustrations over noise at the pub - which was dubbed as sounding "like a clubhouse with Magaluf music".
Neighbours previously told Nottinghamshire Live the sound was so bad "somebody ended up selling their house because they got fed up". In a response to the article, the landlord of the pub has apologised for the upset caused - but says the problems "won't be fixed overnight".
