MAZOMANIE (WMTV) An investigation into a suspicious death in Mazomanie is underway, according to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were sent to a home in the 9800 Block of Dunlap Hollow Road in the Town of Mazomanie at 11:45 p.m. Thursday for an EMS Assist.

When they arrived on scene, investigators determined that the death was suspicious, and have not shared yet how the person died.

The name of the person has not been shared yet. The Sheriff’s Office said the medical examiner will share that information after autopsy results are in and next of kin are notified.
