Kyle Schwarber made history Thursday, August 28 by hitting four home runs in the game vs. the Atlanta Braves at Citizens Bank Park. He was the 21st player in baseball history to achieve the feat and fourth in Philadelphia Phillies history.

Schwarber took Braves starter Cal Quantrill deep in the first inning then tagged the Braves relief corps for homers in the 4th, 5th and 7th. He now has a National League-leading 49 homers this season, one behind Seattle’s Cal Raleigh for the MLB lead.
