Two months after parting ways with popular and successful coach Ed Corporal, the Frederick Flying Cows named Dan Prete as his successor Friday morning.

Prete brings more than 30 years of coaching experience to the job and has worked directly with elite athletes, including NBA superstar Kevin Durant and former University of Maryland standout Greivis Vasquez.
