More money has been won in streets up and down the country in the People's Postcode Lottery over the past seven days.

Recent winners include Catherine Heathcote from Taddington, in the Peak District, who won just shy of £500,000 with three winning tickets, worth £166,666 each.

The mum-of-four said she will spend the money on a family holiday to Texas, a new en-suite bathroom, and a trip to Australia and Singapore.

She said: "It didn’t even register when I was told I'd won two MORE cheques. I was just shocked to win £166,666.

"I know it sounds daft but if I won £1,000 it would have been nice. My bank will be shocked too."
