The Peoria City Council, Thursday night, approved an agreement with the developers of FIVE NORTH at VISTANCIA that paves the way for HonorHealth to construct an eight-acre medical district on site.
With Amkor’s transition into Core 2 of the Peoria Innovation Core (PIC), Council approved updates to the relevant development agreements that will advance the necessary infrastructure components required to bring the 56-acres to market. As part of that HonorHealth and the City have signed a Letter of Intent to build a medical district that will provide primary, urgent, concierge care and other ambulatory services on eight acres, with rights to a second eight-acre parcel as future healthcare demand dictates.
