GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Greenfield residents will have the option to vote by mail in the upcoming local preliminary election scheduled for September 9.

The City Clerk’s Office has announced that applications for vote-by-mail or absentee ballots must be submitted annually, with the deadline set for September 2 at 5 p.m. Residents can register to vote or update their voter information until August 29 at 5 p.m.

To apply for vote by mail, residents should visit the City Clerk’s election webpage or submit their application directly to the City Clerk's Office by the specified deadline.
