The Labor Day travel period began on Wednesday and runs through Sept. 3. Airport leaders believe Saturday will be the busiest day, with an estimated 325,000 passengers.
Knowing crowds are expected, travelers like Chelsea Parsons and Alix Mills arrived earlier than they usually do.
