Amazon MGM Studios has acquired Morgan Neville’s Man On The Run and National Geographic Documentary Films has snapped up global streaming rights to Ghost Elephants ahead of the films’ premieres at Telluride this weekend.

Man On The Run, produced by Tremolo in association with MPL and Polygram Entertainment, explores McCartney’s creative rebirth after the break-up of The Beatles as he forms Wings with his wife Linda.

It will release in select cinemas before it is made available on Prime Video on February 25, 2026, in Prime’s markets around the world. Amazon sources did not confirm when the film will open or if it will be in contention for the upcoming awards season.
