GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Florida Gators Head Coach Kevin O’Sullivan will be suspended for three games due to inappropriate behavior.

Athletics Director Scott Stricklin announced the suspension as a result of his actions stemming from the 2025 NCAA Conway Regional.

He’s since apologized for his aggressive behavior and profanity-laced language directed at others before a game on June 1.

O’Sullivan’s suspension during Opening Weekend is scheduled for Feb. 13-15, 2026, against UAB.

“The suspension announced [Friday] reinforces Florida Athletics’ commitment to our standards, with Coach O’Sullivan accepting full responsibility for his behavior,” Stricklin said. “Sully has vowed to learn from the experience and serve as a better leader moving forward.”
