COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - It’s the first Aggie football weekend of the year, and thousands of fans are making their way to Aggieland. It’s also Labor Day weekend, piling on to the weekend excitement.

Whether you’re a local or just visiting, there’s a lot to do in town this weekend, especially if you’re here to watch the season opener kickoff.

Jeremiah Cook with Visit College Station told KBTX that even if you’re not headed into Kyle Field, you can still get involved with gameday.

The Biergarten in Century Square is back for another year of Aggie game days. It will be open before, during, and after the Aggies take on the University of San Antonio.
