The Metro Vancouver weather forecast includes plenty of above-average temperatures over the Labour Day long weekend.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Matt Loney says the holiday weekend includes mostly hot and dry conditions, continuing a trend that has been in place for over 10 days. However, some showers may emerge on Sunday, Aug. 31.

The upper low will bring a 30 per cent chance of showers on Sunday, along with some cloud cover and the potential for thunderstorms, added Loney.
