GREENSBORO, N.C. — When you see a recall alert, it gets your attention. Maybe you have the item in your home?
I got an alert by text. It reads:
Amazon recall. You ordered a product in August 2025. Due to quality and safety concerns, we are recalling order number.... We recommend you stop using the product immediately and contact us for a full refund...
You've heard it from 2 Wants To Know before: always, always, always go to the source. Never, never, never click the link you get in a text or email.
In this case, go to your Amazon account either on your computer or on your app. On the right-hand side, click where it says Returns and Orders. Your recents list will pop up.
You can type in the search bar the word recall. It brings you to a page with an Amazon logo that says Recalls
