The recount in the Democratic primary race for Tucson's Ward 3 City Council seat has resulted in no change.

Incumbent council member Kevin Dahl still held the same narrow lead of 19 votes over challenger Sadie Shaw.

That razor-thin margin fell within Arizona’s recount threshold , which triggered an automatic recount when the vote difference is less than or equal to 0.5% of the total votes cast.
