EXCLUSIVE: Two Disney EVPs are departing the studio early next year, Deadline has learned.

Randi Hiller , EVP of Casting for Walt Disney Studios, 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures, will exit the lot after a 14-year run in early 2026, in addition to Sam Dickerman , EVP Production for Walt Disney Pictures, who has been with the studio for the last 12 years.

During Hiller’s tenure she oversaw casting for close to 100 films including the live action Lilo & Stitch (the year’s biggest MPA title at $1 billion worldwide), Alien: Romulus , Cruella, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story , as well as the upcoming The Devil Wears Prada 2 , and live-action Moana .
