SPOKANE, Wash. -- If you're looking for something quick, unique, and, most importantly, delicious, then a new spot in downtown Spokane is for you.

'Sporks' is now open in the Cutter Tower on Riverside Avenue and Stevens Street.

Sporks offers elevated biscuit sandwiches and other great options for a bite for breakfast or during your lunch break.

Owner Doyle Wheeler of First Avenue Coffee says the biscuits were so popular at the coffee shop, they decided to spin it off into its own spot.

Sporks is located at 510 Riverside Avenue on the second floor by the Skywalk. It's open Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. but keep an eye out for earlier opening hours soon.
