Millions of children in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are to be offered free chickenpox vaccinations.
The jab will be rolled out on the NHS from January with ministers hoping it will protect youngsters and others from rare but severe complications from the virus.
The Chickenpox vaccine, also known as the varicella jab, will form part of a new combined MMRV – measles, mumps, rubella and varicella – vaccine.
But could the addition make parents less likely to get their children immunised?
