A cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) has led to the arrest of a man in Sequatchie County.

Reports from Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) state that Richard Cooper, 73, uploaded child sexual abuse material onto Microsoft’s Bing Image Service.

After being granted a search warrant, TBI agents, with help from the Dunlap Police Department, the 12th Judicial District Drug Task Force, and the FBI, inspected Cooper’s home.

Authorities took Cooper into custody and booked him into Sequatchie County Jail.

He's now charged with one count of sexually exploiting a minor.
