DOVER — The Delaware Restaurant Foundation (DRF), the philanthropic arm of the Delaware Restaurant Association, presented its HOPES and Restaurant Ready programs, focusing on best practices and community partnerships, at the 2025 Hospitality Pathways Conference in Washington, D.C., last week.

DRF’s two programs expand opportunities for people reentering the workforce, justice-involved individuals, and others facing barriers to employment.
