SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that roadways across the state will reopen for Labor Day Weekend.

Non-emergency closures will be suspended from 3 p.m. Friday to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, according to an IDOT news release.

Locally, the lane closures that are expected to remain open include:

Livingston County • I-55 about a mile south of Odell; lane reductions continue.

Fulton County • Illinois 78/97 just north of U.S. 136 over the Spoon River and Lacy Ditch; lane reductions continue with traffic controlled by temporary signals.

Knox County • Illinois 78 at the railroad viaduct just south of Yates City; closed. • I-74 over the Spoon River; lane reductions continue. • Illinois 180 about 3 miles north of Williamsfield; lane reductions
