Back-to-school safety: COPS and RCMP watch for speeders, distracted drivers

With students heading back to school this week, the Comox Valley Citizens On Patrol Society (COPS) will be out to monitor distracted drivers, as well as speeders, together with the Comox Valley detachment of the RCMP.
