On an average day, millions of people visit The New York Times Games section to play favorites such as, Wordle, Connections and crosswords.

This month, the team introduced a new game to their portfolio called Pips, a daily dominoes-based logic puzzle.

To celebrate the launch, the Times is hosting an event Friday and Saturday to play Pips in real life with other puzzlers and special guest "Abbott Elementary's" Chris Perfetti.

Ian Livengood, a puzzle editor for the New York Times Games section, joined "the Rush Hour" Friday to talk all about the new game.
