WINNSBORO, Texas (KLTV) - The Winnsboro Raiders took out some frustration on a 2024 loss to Tatum with an offensive outburst, taking a 55-28 win Thursday night.

Camden Capehart, who is committed to play for Mississippi State next year, got the scoring started with a 60-yard touchdown catch and run, making three tacklers miss to put the Raiders up 7-0.

Quarterback Nolee Carroll scored on a quarterback keeper to put Winnsboro up 14-0.

Running back Neree Castleberry scored on a short run to put Winnsboro up 21-0.

Tatum got their first score when quarterback Grant Adcock rolled right and scored on a short run to cut the score to 21-7.

Winnsboro scored again before the half when Carroll hit Braxtun Espinosa on a screen pass for the 28-7 lead.
