FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Fort Wayne police say they've arrested two teenage boys in connection with a Saturday evening shooting that gave a man life-threatening injuries.
According to a release from FWPD , around 9:29 p.m. on Aug. 23, officers were called to the 4400 block of Bowser Avenue on the south side of Fort Wayne on a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Less than a week later, on Aug. 29, FWPD announced the Homicide Unit had identified the suspects in the shooting as a 14-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy. Police took both teens into custody in the 3700 block of Gaywood Drive .
