DENVER (KDVR) — Denver Public Schools is pushing back against a new mandate from the Trump Administration. The back and forth all started over a restroom, an all-gender restroom.
The U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights wants DPS to change district policy. The district and its teachers are pushing back.
"For our educators, I think they know this is a distraction. They've seen how other policies from the trump administration are literally taking a wrecking ball to public ed.
