Beau Pribula’s first career college start was a memorable one.
Pribula, who prepped at Central York and spent three seasons at Penn State, accounted for four touchdowns in the Tigers’ 61-6 victory over Central Arkansas on Thursday night in Columbia, Mo.
The dual threat QB completed 23 of 28 passes for 283 yards and two touchdowns. Pribula also ran for 65 yards and two touchdowns.
Pribula’s quarterback competition with Sam Horn may have ended on Thursday, as well.
Horn, who was expected to split time with Pribula vs. Central Arkansas, suffered a right leg injury on a first-quarter carry and had to be helped off the field.
Horn was spotted on the field using crutches later in the game. Horn had a brace on his leg.
