TOLDEO, Iowa (KWWL) — A man from Toledo is facing charges after a high-speed motorcycle chase through several counties.

Tama Police say they attempted to stop Colton Kroeger for a license plate violation but he drove off. They attempted to stop him again in Toledo and the pursuit extended into Marshall County with Kroeger reportedly driving at speeds exceeding 125 miles per hour.

Kroeger eventually crashed, injuring his passenger, who was taken to the hospital for treatment. But authorities say he drove off again. Later, Kroeger was involved in another crash in Garwin, after which he was taken into custody following medical treatment.
