GROTON, Conn. — In the aftermath of an altercation with a YouTuber last month, a recently retired Connecticut State Police sergeant was arrested Friday and charged with disorderly conduct.

The Town of Groton Police Department reports that 53-year-old Bryan Fahey was taken into custody following an in-depth investigation by state and local law enforcement.

The arrest stems from a July 11 incident between Fahey and Sean Paul Reyes, a 34-year-old YouTuber, who parked a box truck with a digital billboard outside of Fahey’s home.

The screen played an interaction between the two men that occurred in 2021 at a state police facility in Middletown.

Reyes and his cameraman Tahiem Nassar Glover, 20, are first amendment auditors and reportedly went to Fahey’s home to confront him over allegedly
