KENDALLVILLE – Any victory over Snider would have been a notable feat for East Noble, and the Knights managed that just fine on Friday night, beating the Panthers 29-7.

But even more remarkable was the way Class 4A East Noble dominated the contest against the Class 6A powerhouse. The Knights never trailed, forced three turnovers, finished with 24 first downs to Snider's 11 and outgained the Panthers on the ground, 318 to 116.

"It's a huge win for us. Our coaches told us this is the only Fort Wayne team school that East Noble has never beaten before, so that was a lot of motivation going in," said senior quarterback and defensive back Rylee Biddle. "For us to get it down, it means a lot to us. A lot of confidence."
