• Helena High 28, Billings Skyview 20: Reece Silvonen threw touchdown passes to Riley Schulte , Gracen Silvonen and Peyton Lorenz , and rushed for the game-winning score in the fourth quarter as the Bengals notched a win in their season opener. The Falcons led 14-7 at halftime on a pair of TD strikes from Jaxon Zagata to Jackson Carter ; the duo connected again on a 30-yard scoring play in the third quarter.

• Miles City 50, East Helena 47: In a wild one, Warren Venable found Jake Phalen for a 45-yard touchdown with 1:53 to play, giving the Cowboys their only lead of the game and the winning points. Venable tossed four touchdown passes
