• The Muscogee Nation is planning a 37-acre, mixed-use project on the east side of Riverside Parkway, across the street from the southern entrance of the River Spirit Casino parking lot, stretching down to 91st Street.
• The $400 million development, called Riverline, would include 213,800 square feet of retail space and 780 units of housing. The developer said Tulsans can expect an experience similar to Utica Square, with high-quality curated restaurants, retail and entertainment. Construction is expected to begin in 2026 and continue through 2032.
