HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Our long weekend forecast is looking to stay mainly dry as our fall feel continues.
We have another chilly morning in the Commonwealth to start our Saturday, with temps improving just a bit into the 70s by our afternoon. Overall, it will feel more like fall than the end of August.
Skies continue to stay dry until we get to our Labor Day Holiday - where we track the return of some isolated storms in the second half of our Monday forecast. Next week promises the return of rounds of rain as well as another temperature drop behind a cold front.
Of course - your Wildcat kickoff forecast is promising perfect tailgating conditions with plenty of sunshine leading up to kickoff at 12:45 pm. Temps will stay cooler in the 70s - but that sunshine can make things feel toasty!
