BATAVIA, N.Y. — One of Western New York’s largest Labor Day weekend traditions is set to take flight as the Wings Over Batavia Air Show returns to the Genesee County Airport.
The event, which draws large crowds each year, features professionally trained pilots performing world-class aerobatics alongside demonstrations of modern military aircraft and historic warbirds.
Organizers say the show attracts "the best of the best from across the country” to take to the skies over Batavia.
Gates open at 2 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, with performances scheduled to run until 9 p.m. each day.
