HAMDEN, Conn. (WFSB) - Two homes have been damaged after an early morning house fire in Hamden on Saturday.
The Office of Emergency Management told us the fire started at one of the homes where the damage goes all the way from the porch to the roof of the house.
Officials said this was a multi-family home where three or four people have now been displaced.
A man who was living on the first level actually helped to save the lives of the people living on the second floor.
The second home right next to it you can see the siding has melted off. We’re told the family living there has been able to move back in this morning and power has been restored at the house.
No injuries were reported and four people have been displaced.
