DANE COUNTY (WKOW) -- A 37-year-old Madison man is under arrest for his fifth OWI offense Saturday morning.

It happened on just after 1:30 a.m. on I39/90 northbound in Dane County.

The Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post arrested Albert Landrum after multiple complaints about his driving.

Authorities received reports about a black pickup truck, which led to a traffic stop.

Signs of impairment were observed by a state trooper who conducted the stop. Following an investigation, Landrum was arrested for operating while impaired.
