The Boston Red Sox took a big risk earlier in the year, opting to sign former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Walker Buehler to a one-year deal worth around $21 million.

This decision looks horrible in hindsight, especially after the Red Sox opted to release Buehler in favor of top pitching prospect Peyton Tolle. With Buehler off the roster, the Red Sox are left kicking themselves in the behind for the decision.
