MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -The city of Madison is kicking off Labor Day weekend with the annual return of the Taste of Madison on Capital Square.

The event runs this weekend, and offers more than 80 food vendors to chose from, beverages and live entertainment.

Festivities kick off at 2 p.m. on August 30 and run until 9 p.m.

On August 31 the event runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Admission is free.

Each year Taste of Madison donates over $70,000 to local charities.
