A FRIENDS star and original starlet of the War Of The Roses movie left fans doing a double take with their recent Red Carpet appearance.

The actress, now 71, made a rare outing in New York City to show her support for a re-make of the iconic flick.

War Of The Roses was first released back in 1989, with Kathleen Turner playing Barbara Rose.

The scenes in the dark comedy captured the breakdown of her character's marriage to Oliver Rose, played by Michael Douglas .

The movie saw Kathleen style her blonde locks in a bouncy shoulder-length blow dry and don a series of snappy suits.

For the premiere of the re-boot, The Roses, she opted for all-back attire and pendant drop earrings.

She added a slick of mascara and red lipstick and flashed a smile as she posed on the Red Carpet.
