Lord Brocket appeared in court today after being charged with two counts of rape.

Also known as Charlie Brocket, the peer and business owner was a contestant on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004. He placed fourth in the show’s third series, which was won by Kerry Katona.

Aged 73, the TV personality, whose full name is Charles Nall-Cain Brocket, was arrested on Friday.

He is accused of assaulting the same woman on two occasions. His charges are one count of sexual assault by penetration on May 5 in the village of Warbleton, East Sussex, and two counts of rape in London on August 10.
