COLUMBUS, Ohio —

ESPN commentator and former college football coach Lee Corso made his final "headgear pick" of his broadcasting career on Saturday, donning the head of Ohio State's Brutus the Buckeye as the team geared up to take on Texas.

Corso, 90, is the former head coach of multiple college football teams that includes Louisville, Indiana, and Northern Illinois, among others. Advertisement

In his latter career, Corso has become a fixture of ESPN's College GameDay broadcasts for several decades, first being hired by the network as an on-air commentator in 1987.
