COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio —
A Colerain Township man who was shot by police after allegedly pointing a gun at responding officers made his first court appearance on Saturday.
Mark Bramble, 39, faces nine different charges that include counts of felonious assault, aggravated menacing, failure to comply with a police order, having weapons while under disability, and carrying concealed weapons. Advertisement
Bramble pleaded not guilty to all of the charges. Due to the severity of the charges he is facing, Bramble was ordered to be retained in the Hamilton County Justice Center without bond as he awaits trial.
The case stems from an incident the night before on Friday, where police were said to have been called out to a residence at 7:23 p.m. on the 3300 block of Deshler Drive in Colerain
