RUSK COUNTY, Texas (KETK) - The Rusk County Sheriff's Office said that a man was arrested on Friday after allegedly shooting another man's truck near a Bunny's convenience store.
According to the sheriff's office, they received a call on Friday morning from a man who was sitting in his truck when a white man in another vehicle started shooting at him. The two drivers had reportedly got into a verbal argument a few minutes before when they were inside the Bunny's convenience store at the intersection of Highway 64 and Highway 42.
The driver waited for the victim to leave the parking lot of Bunny's and shot at the victim's truck several times while it was stopped at a stop sign, according to a post from the sheriff's office.
