SABINE PARISH, La. (KALB) - Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Office said they are searching for Gerva Reed Alford on August 30.

Alford is believed to be in the Area of Joyce Lane, off Little Flock Road, near Toledo Bend Lake.

Alford is reportedly wanted for domestic abuse battery charges. SPSO noted that he may be injured.

Authorities warned residents not to approach Alford if they see him, but to call 911.
