Georgia football remained unbeaten in Kirby Smart’s 10 season openers and won its 12 th straight to start a season overall with a 45-7 victory on Saturday Aug, 30 over Marshall.

Gerogia and Gunner Stockton took care of business. Scoring touchdowns on the first two possessions was encouraging. Georgia ’s pass protection at times left Stockton under pressure and Noah Thomas didn’t have a catch and Dillon Bell had 1 for 0 yards. Georgia was 5 of 14 on third downs in the first half but 3 of 3 on fourth.
