It was a homecoming for the Tanev brothers on Wednesday, as the Toronto-born siblings took a trip to Rogers Centre to cheer on the Toronto Blue Jays.

Chris Tanev , a defenseman for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and Brandon Tanev , a forward for the Utah Mammoth, met with Blue Jays pitcher Kevin Gausman before the game against the Milwaukee Brewers.

The brothers swapped signed jerseys with Gausman, a two-time All-Star, and also gave him a signed hockey stick.

“I was telling [the brothers], if they saw me on skates, it would be pretty bad,” Gausman told CityNews before the game. “Zero hockey skills. None.”

Some have said that Chris looks like Gausman. Maybe it’s the hair? Maybe it's the smile?
